iOS Developer

As we are expanding our service to the USA we are looking for a talented and innovative iOS developer to join our technology team in Stockholm. Joining us as a developer at Qapital you will have the unique opportunity to make a difference early in the development process and have the chance to shape the service that will change how people think of everyday banking.

At Qapital every developer is a part of the entire lifetime of a new feature. From the initial idea, forming the hypothesis of how it will improve the experience to developing it and finally following up on the results as it is released.

We work in short iterations to get new features out to users as quickly as possible. We typically focus the entire team, from designers to backend and frontend developers on one feature because we think that with teamwork comes great innovation and knowledge sharing.

We are all eager to learn and develop and we believe in a culture where sharing experiences and giving feedback comes natural.

• Proven experience of iOS UI development. Either past employment or open source projects.
• Strong programming skills with the ability to write and structure code in a readable and maintainable way.
• Genuine interest in making your UI feel fluent and alive.
• Experience in other languages such as C, C++, Ruby etc. is a plus.
• A degree in computer science or similar is a plus, but not required.
• You most likely have a Github account with code to show
• You have one or more apps you've built or been a part of building

Most importantly we want someone who thinks outside the standard conventions and contributes with new interesting ideas on how to build immersive interfaces that feel alive. It is important that you have attention to detail and are ready to spend the time it takes to build a truly elegant application.
