Team Leader to IT Operations at Neonet Securities

TNG IT is, on behalf of Neonet Securites, looking for an energetic Team Leader for the IT Operations department.

Beskrivning av tjänsten

The IT Operations department is responsible for day to day operations and strategic development of both the Neonet trading system and office related system.

The group consists of five competent and independent individuals with high ambitions. The team is characterized by a strong desire to continually optimize its delivery.

You will be leading a team highly skilled employees with various technical and academic background. Driving and coordinate the activities in the team and also be a part of production will be your daily focus. You strive to create an efficient IT operations environment within the organization. Furthermore you will work hands on throughout the technology stack including hardware, network, OS and applications. This is a great opportunity for you to develop, coach and initiate creative solutions within team. As a team leader for the IT operations department you will report to the CTO.

Location: Neonet Securities are situated in the central of Stockholm

You are a responsible and innovative person with self-confidence and have the ability to take quick decisions. We believe that you have a genuine drive to constantly learn new things and are a quick learner. To succeed in the role of Team Leader, we see that you are a team player who is motivated to take on challenging goals. Furthermore you are a person who has the ability to ensure each team member's motivation and be capable to adapt your leadership based on that. You either have real experience of having led a team, or can demonstrate previous experience where you, informally or formally, took more responsibility for a group.

- You hold at least 5 years of experience working in a position within IT operations
- Experience of Windows server management
- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is required
- You have good communication and cooperation's skills
- Linux experience would be an advantage.
