We enable & accelerate customer-oriented off-board telematics service development & delivery. Our solutions exist in Volvo Group products and in other products in the consumer in Europe, Asia, North- and South America.

We are now looking for a WEB Application Developer.

You will work in close collaboration with customers and the WirelessCar service platform development teams to deliver cutting edge connected car services.

WEB Application Developer mission and context

As a web application developer you will design and develop B2B and B2C facing web applications. You will also participate in requirements analysis work with WirelessCar service delivery platform development teams and customers to determine service development scope. Another important task is to develop software for test automation of the web applications. You will also support the application test team to assure quality of new services.

Required competencies:

•A university degree in computer science or similar
•Experience in web application (frontend) development.
•Experience of Cloud Technology IaaS and PaaS: Amazon Web Services is an advantage
•Experience in programming Languages: Java EE, SQL
•Experience in development frameworks : Javascript, web development frameworks, HTML5, JQuery, Spring and EJB
•Experience in application server technology: JBoss and Springboot
