Job description
As a Lead Developer you play an important role in the team, guiding the team on the journey to take the best decisions. You act as a developer and work closely together with the team, Developer Managers (Product Owners), Architects and the stake-holders from the business. At Connected Services & Solutions we all work together integrated to leverage the best for Scania.
 
Your primary responsibilities are within the team, working with an agile approach to make sure the team deliver the best technical value as possible. This spans everything from requirement, development, test, CI/CD and also how we work. We develop multiple applications and have a multi-team setup and from time to time you must be able to shift team.
 
Your profile
The ideal candidate is a team player and self-motivated. You like to have discussions to increase your and others knowledge in the area of development.
 
Candidate must:

Have an agile mindset
Be organised and analytical
Be adept at working in a team environment
Be a fullstack-developer
Have experience from a similar role
At least have 3 years of experience in developing applications using .NET/C#, Javascript/AngularJS, SQL or NoSQL
Have experience from applications running in a cloud environment, i.e Azure, AWS  

You as a person are responsive and humble, with an ability to drive technological developments based on business needs.
 
You have a relevant academic degree, MSc or equivalent. You can express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
