Junior graphic designer

As part of this growth we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. This role would suit an enthusiastic and driven recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years Graphic Design experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING                                                                         

The primary responsibility of the Junior Graphic Designer is to create high quality design assets for our digital campaigns, blogs, social media, email and digital channels and support the design team on any content and collateral creation as required. You will sit within the design team but will be working very closely with the Campaigns, Product Marketing and Marcomms teams as well as working with Regional Marketing teams across the globe.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (inc. Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).
• Be educated to degree level in Graphic Design or equivalent (essential).
• A portfolio or provide samples of your work, either print, online or PDFs.
• Some knowledge of standard Microsoft applications (Word, Powerpoint) is required.

• You need to be efficient, organised and able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
• Multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work on more than one project at any given time.  
• Have an exceptional eye for design and great attention to detail.
• Be experienced within a similar role or be an ambitious graduate looking for the perfect first role.
• You are a great communicator and have a collaborative and co-operative outlook as you will be working to deliver for a variety of different stakeholders across multiple regions.
• And, must be able to work under own initiative or part of a larger team.
