Our operations started back in 1994 with the registrar Domain info in Gothenburg, Sweden. As time passed, our operations developed organically to encompass additional business areas and grew in terms of revenues and the number of employees. In addition to Domain names, House of Ports now also offers services such as Trademarks, Hosting and Design.

We wanted to create an office with a design which represented our operations and our brand, with openness, communication and flexibility as some of the watchwords. The working environment must be attractive, congenial and creative. In 2014 we celebrated 20 years and in connection with our 20th anniversary we are inaugurating our new office.

About this position

You are going to work in a tight team with developers who are dedicated to development and customization of our service towards our clients' needs within domain and hosting. As a developer here at Ports Group you will develop internal services, API's and interfaces to handle order flow and domain name management.

We at Ports Group are always improving and expect higher class when it comes to future technologies.

Requirements

We see that you are able to produce high quality code as well as working independently to solve problems. You should have the skill of thinking outside of the box and at the same time you should not be afraid to take on development challenges and introducing clever solutions on tricky problems.

A bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or any related field
1- 3 years of Java development, and with basic understanding of Java EE 6 and SQL.
You communicate in English fluently.
