We are looking for an Internal IT Support for TCS Nordics (located in Stockholm, Sweden). Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for setting up and managing the Internal IT Infrastructure for TCS in Sweden as per the IT policies specified by TCS.
Work with Infrastructure services group of TCS, Infrastructure Services group in TCS is responsible for managing all Internal IT including but not limited to Help desk management, Server management, Voice Infrastructure management, unified communication management etc.
Work in close cooperation with the EMEA team of TCS internal IT group to help and manage the IT setup for TCS Sweden.
Support/collaborate with the TCS corporate teams who are responsible for implementing the TCS corporate policies across all TCS locations worldwide.
Asset\Inventory management, Executive support, remote support
Vendor management and IT procurement
Report to Internal IT head for EMEA region
Quality and Security process Compliance to be tracked
Maintaining/Managing the Reports publishing for EMEA Region
Software\Hardware installation and troubleshooting computer related problems, including coordinating, installation of OS, software etc.
Knowledge of Lotus notes (Messaging system)
Windows Server installation\Configuration and troubleshooting
Network skills, LAN\WAN Switches, Router and Firewall configuration
Knowledge in Voice network domain like Cisco PBX management and configuration
Wireless network configuration and management
ITIL, Networking, Server Certifications are added advantage
IT Infrastructure Support Experience.
Experience in Implementing, Maintaining and Managing the Servers, Networks and all IT environments.
Experience in Lotus / Exchange Mail Account.
Strong Knowledge on Desktop / Laptop / Sever imaging and troubleshooting.
Knowledge in Vendor Management and Procurement

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s degree and Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus. Experience in management of IT Infra Structure and 8+ Years of experience working with Infrastructure Support.
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an Infrastructure environment
Experience of working with Internal/External stakeholders and experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
