We’re looking to expand our inRiver PIM delivery offering with a senior developer with a true passion for technology in general and for programming in particular.
About the role:
You will take a lead developer role within Alite International’s PIM business area. As our Lead PIM Developer you will have the responsibility to deliver and steer the development efforts of our PIM offering, with the aim of continuously improving quality and efficiency, to cut delivery lead-time, to enable smoother cooperation, and to future-proof the solutions for the benefit of the customers.
In this technically leading role you will work in teams (local as well as geographically distributed) together with developers of varying background and levels of seniority. Part of your responsibility is to inspire, challenge and empower your teams and colleagues.
As lead developer you will work closely with our PIM Sales and Business Consultants in all offices, and you may need to travel to spend time on-site with customers as well as to our development sites to build relationships and follow-up development direction.
Together with our project managers, business consultants and solution architects you will work to deliver and establish proposed solutions with added value and customer’s business benefits in focus.

You have a drive within to create beautiful, creative solutions to difficult problems, and continuously learn new technologies and be challenged – and you love to do it in a team with other developers at least as good as you. You have a passion for programming and every aspect of software engineering.
As an experienced inRiver PIM developer you know that a thorough understanding of customers´ business processes and challenges is a prerequisite for being able to deliver effective and long-term beneficial solutions. You are also very aware of the fact that continuous attention to technical excellence and good design enhances agility.
Besides being a detail-oriented and structured person, you inspire confidence in people and you are a team-player who love to cooperate, and you understand the benefits of knowledge sharing, peer review and structured, continuously and incrementally evolving development processes.
You take pride in delivering excellent code in time and you realize the importance of balancing lead-time against solution beauty.
Skills and Experience:
We require that you can show at least the following qualifications;
Academic background e.g. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, or similar.
Experience (several years) as an inRiver PIM developer.
inRiver PIM Developer certification.
Excellent English skills, both in speech and in Writing.
Leadership experience, e.g. as lead developer, architect, scrum master or similar.
Additionally, we value if you have any of the following;
Project management experience:
inRiver PIM Business Consultant certification.
Sitecore development.
EPiServer development.
