As a developer in this team you will plan with your colleagues and make sure that you as team member contributes to that work is processing as per plan in the Team which consists of 6 highly skilled co-workers in the roles from Architect to integration tester. In your role you will take part in different tasks according to the clean code principles such as defining requirements, design, code, testing on several levels and automation of test. This team works with the applications run in a real time multi-threaded environment that is connecting the Dairy farmer’s different devices that is necessary for an efficient and beneficial automated milking.

Quality assurance are done within the team in a simulated and emulated environment as well as at our own test farm close to the office. Going from the office to the barn to understand what works and what doesn’t will absolutely be a natural part of your job, so make sure to bring your Wellies.

Overall plan together with other Scrum Teams is following the SAFe model in a SW program.

Your qualifications:

• A few years of working experience in a similar company and/or environment

• Experience from agile Way of Working and preferably SAFe.

• Java 8 (Spring, JPA) in a Linux environment and Python programming according to Clean Code principles

• Quality assurance, structured testing, automation, continuous integration, daily builds etc.

• M.Sc. in Computer Engineering or equivalent is preferred

• Fluent in English and/or Swedish

The position is located at DeLaval in Sweden, Tumba.

Travels to meet customers and to see our products in real environment is required as well as meeting with the colleagues in Poland.

We are responsible for products and features that provides the customer with tools to increase the profitability and efficiency of the operation, such as herd management, feeding and milking, which gives the farmer much more freedom to carry out the business.

The position is located at DeLaval in Sweden, Tumba.
