Last year Klarna?s transaction volume reached 1.6 billion euro. To complete a transaction all we need from our customer is an email address and a postal code. But in the future we want to settle for even less. We see a future where you can complete a purchase while still looking at the product that you want to buy, in one click.

Checkout conversion is at its best. We want to take this one step further and help our merchants increase conversion from the very beginning of a purchase to the very end.

As a Product Manager you are responsible for making this happen by innovating ways and creating tools that interact with consumers at different touchpoints of the buying experience. These consumer touchpoint services do things like gather data to enable customers to complete a purchase immediately, or use data to create a truly personalized shopping experience. You challenge existing solutions by discovering new ideas through prototypes and base decisions on data and KPIs.

As a Product Manager you...
- are the CEO of your product.
- deliver a crisp product vision, and evangelize it within Klarna and to merchants.
- challenge existing paradigms and make decisions based on data.
- measure your success with clearly defined KPIs and validate your assumptions using prototypes
- manage various stakeholders within Klarna, mainly Marketing, Legal, Sales and - Risk to - define and iterate on the product scope.
own and deliver product principles, epics, user stories, KPIs and roadmap.
