Are you a passionate full-stack Java developer, looking for a new and interesting project?
Since early 2000 we have supported our clients on a vast number of projects, all over the world. Our consultant pool consists of Swedish and non-Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for new candidates to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden.

**** Java developer, full-stack ****
Your tasks and responsibilities will include full-stack Java development in a highly complex system environment. You will work agile in a team of developers and tasks will include both front and backend development.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop primarily user-facing features and interfaces through the whole product lifecycle, from early definition and analysis to test and customer installation.
• Transform internal data models into human friendly information handling
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is properly validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members, typically interactions designers and other developers, as well as stakeholders

Required skills:
• Experience from working in large complex systems.
• 3+ years of industry work experience in front end development including proven experience with different graphical and user interaction deliverables
• 3+ years experience of working with Java back end solutions
• Experience of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Highly skilled in Javascript and good understanding and knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS.
• Strong and clear communicator.

Start: February / Q1 2017.
Duration: 12-24 months on-site in Sweden, with a high probability for extension.
Extent: Full-time, 40h/week. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.
Compensation: Negotiable. We offer a competitive salary, primarily in the form of a longterm employment and according to Swedish standards; governmental pension plan, five weeks paid vacation, iPad/laptop, mobile phone with data plan subscription, priority medical care insurance, health care insurance, income level insurance, work liability insurance, language course support, sports activity contribution. Paid transfer to Sweden including registered partner and children. When applicable, family members will get permit to live and work in Sweden.
For Schengen-citizens, there is also an option to undertake the assignment as a subcontractor to Telescope.
