Academic Work is on behalf of our client Profoto looking for Interim Online Manager to their office in Sundbyberg. At the stylistically pure office in Sundbyberg, where black and white are the recurring theme, you have 90 wonderful colleagues. The atmosphere in the office is permeated with team spirit and ambition. Profoto invests in its people and offers regular training within their respective fields. You will belong to the marketing department where currently ten people are working and you will report to the VP of marketing.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Profoto. The employment is temporary until January 2018 due to parental leave, but Profoto might be able to offer you a permanent employment since they are expanding.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As an Interim Online Manager, you will be working in the marketing team, which today consists of ten persons. You will have contact with consultants that reports to you on daily basis and with whom you work together with in different projects.

For example, you will:

* Be the product owner for the user experience (UX) of our website and online user journey
* Project manage and coordinate online content projects and campaigns across 15 markets
* Drive traffic and conversion through SEO, SEM and social media advertising in liaison with our media agency
* In-depth analytics, qualitative review and continuous reporting of key insights
* Continuous improvement of UX in close collaboration with the digital team
* Instrumental in managing UX for planned and upcoming upgrades of the website

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
Someone who:
* Has at least 5 years working experience as a web manager or product owner for medium to large websites or digital services

* Has previous project management experience from medium to large projects
* Has a very good understanding of UI/UX and user driven design
* Has a very good understanding of Google analytics and working with both data driven and qualitative insights to create change and growth
* Has a very good understanding for how to develop new online services
* Has a good understanding of SEO/SEM and social advertising to drive traffic and engagement
* Has a good understanding of agile working methods and tools (e.g. JIRA)
* Are fluent in written and spoken English.
* Has a good understanding of written and spoken Swedish

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:

* Have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
* Have experience from EPI server
* Have experience from e-commerce projects
* Have experience from e-learning projects
* Have experience from working in international environments
* Are fluent in Swedish

As a person, you are results oriented and resourceful with an ability to steer your own work forward self-sufficiently without strict guidelines. You are driven and ambitious and feel comfortable working in cross-functional teams as well as independently.
