Integrations Consultant - API - Malmö

As API Integration Consultant, you will work closely with our clients and partners to support their API integration with APSIS software platforms. You will perform presales work, technical consultation and ongoing daily support. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer is equipped with the right knowledge to get the most out of APSIS web services. Furthermore, you will work together with our Product Managers to suggest further development and improvements of our API. For the right person this is an inspiring and challenging position working with a high achieving team and with a variety of different types of organizations.

Your role:

Data creates possibilities! And for Apsis clients, an optimized data integration can allow highly data-driven marketing. They will be able to communicate with their customer on a targeted and relevant level. That is why we are looking for a technical, creative and solution oriented person to secure implementations both in terms of technical capabilities and data optimization. You will be a part of a project team as well as managing your own projects.

Your responsibilities include:

Participate in presales activities to secure solution design
Investigate customer requests through troubleshooting
Consult errands with APSIS development & Product team
Querying database for customized reports
Troubleshoot in API (Application Programming interface)
Log analysis – Review multiple logs to understand potential technical issues

Skills and passion:

You have experience in or are currently working with data integrations, possibly as an application consultant. As a person, you are keen to increase your knowledge of various technologies. You enjoy working independently as well as in team. You love to share your ideas and do not fear untried grounds.

We also think that you:

- Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Are well familiarised with API and/or other type of data transfer protocols.
- Knowledge of a database – we work in MS SQL.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Basic knowledge of C# and .NET.
- Have experience in consulting and/or project management.
- Have client facing communication skills.
- Are well disciplined, self-going and structured.
- Are curious and driven by learning and developing yourself.
- You enjoy challenges, technical problems and work in a high-speed environment.

Place of work:

The position is based in our HQ Malmö. We need you to be flexible to occasionally travel to our other offices as well as to customers’ sites, primarily in the Nordics.
