Configuration Manager within Integration

In your role as Configuration Manager, you will install and troubleshoot integrations, and ensure that our test and development environments have the right configuration and versions.

You collaborate with other Configuration Managers within the ICC, and work closely with test coordinators, Integration Developer Leads and Platform Specialists.

Maybe you are an experienced Integration Developer with good order who like structure and now want to move on and work in the role of Configuration Manager, or you are already Configuration Manager with extensive experience in the integration field and now want new challenges.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Configuration Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Monitor and follow up the integration development
- Install and troubleshoot integrations
- Manage and plan the relationships and dependencies between different versions
- Create complex build scripts
- Contribute to the process changes, improvements and development in the area
- Manage communication with various stakeholders

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

- Having worked with integration solutions, ideally built on Biztalk
- A genuine interest and curiosity for configuration management
- You probably have a developer background, and has good experience in XML, XSLT, C #, SQL server and SVN
- You are a structured person who thinks that quality is important
- You take initiative, have good communication skills and like to have many contacts
- You are inspired and motivated by a fast paced environment and working with continuous improvements
- You enjoy working in a team and can also work independently
- You are used to working with Agilia methods such as Scrum or KANBAN

It is an advantage if you have experience of working with distributed development teams.

The role is based in Marievik in Stockholm, Sweden, and it is a great advantage if you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
