Head of growth Engineering

Your mission
You will be responsible for building a full stack team and focus on the yearly goals by finding new and exciting ways to move the needle. Your job is to build our first Growth Engineering team!
Being a small pizza-team focusing on growth, you will need to build a team that understands data, can easily query the database, and find patterns, script in whatever language that fits you, daring to make crazy changes in the app and A/B-test your thesis. It´s all about being creative and fearless.
Truecaller works with yearly goals that we split into quarterly goals, where your mission is to pick one of those quarterly goals, and find ways to reach the northern star through beautiful engineering.
The role reports to the CEO and works closely with all the teams in the organization.

Your skills
• BS/Masters in Math, Physics, CS, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field
• Knows how to read, or preferably write Android and iOS apps is a huge advantage.
• Programming knowledge in at least one language in addition to SQL
• Excellent communication skills, in speaking and writing
• Product management skills
• Great attention to details and analytical skills
• Experience with analytical problem solving
• A passion for numbers, data and finding patterns
• Global / multi-national experience
