THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will work as a Business System Administrator where your focus will be to support the business in ERP related questions. Our ERP system today is Movex/M3, but this year we will implement a new ERP system globally - SyteLine (Infor). As a Business System Administrator you will have an important role securing the transfer of data, both from the old and to the new ERP system and the technical configurations that comes with it.
• Maintain and secure the operation of the ERP System.
• Identify existing and future business requirements and develop system functions.
• Upgrade, maintain and develop existing DataWarehouse/BI based on MS SQL.
• Be responsible for developing various reports.

THE JOB IN BRIEF

As a Business System Administrator you work in a supporting and technical position. You support your colleague´s both in Sweden and globally. You will be part of the ERP/IS team and work together with four colleagues.

WHO ARE YOU?

To be successful in this position you have a degree relevant to this position, for example Information Science, and a couple of years´ experience from a similar role or tasks. You have experience from an ERP system, preferably of Movex/M3. Experience of changing and/or implementing ERP Systems is an advantage. Good knowledge in MS SQL is a requirement as well as understanding of systems development. Knowledge in Microsoft.Net and/or SharePoint 2013 are considered as an advantage.

Since you will be working globally, good communication skills in both English and Swedish is a must.
