You’ll be working in our acquisition team, with responsibilities including:
Making our affiliate referral system the best one out there.
Working with and supporting the SEO team with world-class tools.
Setting up and tuning metrics for signup performance.
Working with business intelligence department to be able to optimize content and flows to manage bounce rate, page discovery, etc.
Collaborate with other teams to better understand how to optimize their user flows to keep users on our product offerings.
Working closely with designers and stakeholders, using domain knowledge and data to iterate our way to the best solutions and decisions.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with Javascript and node.js
Experience with Google Analytics.
Experience integrating with third-party tracking and data-gathering services.
Basic knowledge of Google’s Data Layer.
Basic technical understanding of online advertising.
Basic understanding of Real-time Bidding (programmatic).
Basic understanding of customer segmentation application in advertising.
Basic understanding of what a Data Management Platform is and what it is used for.
Interested in trying new technologies and creating proof of concepts
Professional English mastery, both oral and written
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong Google-fu
Experience with some of the most popular website frameworks (Wordpress, Joomla etc).
It’s a bonus if you have experience with building tracking and data collection systems

The technical landscape of our Acquisition team will consist of assisting with smaller websites built by other teams, building and improving in-house user tracking systems. Integrations with Data Management Platforms, Analytics, Tracking and Affiliate systems; Both in back- and frontend.
