Sales Online & Marketing division provide IT solutions for all digital channels for the H&M Group. Our daily business is about web, mobile, e-commerce, social media, marketing messaging, apps and much more.

We are in the starting phase of implementing a new CMS system on HM.com. The overall purpose of the project is to improve way of working with content on hm.com through implementing a new CMS enabling shorter time to market for all types of marketing activities on all digital touch points and an improved user and customer experience.

The team consists today of around 15 members, both onsite and offshore.

As a Requirement Analyst you will have a challenge in making requirements clear for the team both onsite and offsite. We expect you to take responsibility, and actively lead the requirement work within the CMS area.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Requirement Analyst comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Run the requirement process in projects and maintenance
- Coordinate the requirements with other on-going initiatives on hm.com
- Produce necessary requirement documentation
- You will work close with an offshore team with developers and testers
- Lead workshops
- Identify and define business requirements in ALM/Jira
- Communication with different stakeholders about needs and solutions

Your skills

Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:

- +4-5 years of experience working with IT-requirements
- Experience from working with requirements in preferably web development projects
- Experience from documenting requirements in User Stories or Use Cases, preferably with acceptance criteria or specification by example
- Good at expressing yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
- Experience from mapping business processes
- Experience of agile way of working
- It?s an extra merit if you have Scrum Master experience

It is qualifying if you have CQ5, CMS, ALM competencies and have worked in global projects and roll-outs with offshore development.
