Development Lead

Are you a .NET developer that is experienced in the agile way of working and in leading distributed teams?

We are looking for a Development Lead to our track and trace system Delcon that is used all around the world and around the clock by more than 10 000 users. Join us in ensuring that Delcon fulfills our business needs!

Find your place in a fast moving and international environment where you as Development Lead will have a key role in leading and coaching the Delcon development team. Delcon is used for the transport of goods between warehouses and stores and is constantly going through changes to optimize the business value. Besides leading the development team in their daily work you will work hands on as a .NET developer focusing on new development as well as on maintenance of the Delcon system. The Delcon development team consists of 15 members that are located in Stockholm and off site in India.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Development Lead at H&M comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun.

You to do-list includes:
? Software development. Both new development and maintenance of the Delcon system
? Lead and coach the development team in their daily work
? Report progress and status for the development team to the Delcon team lead

And your skills include:

- At least five years’ experience working with software development using C# and .NET
- Experience of working according to agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum
- Experience from working with web development
- Previous experience in leading distributed teams
- Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL Server
- Good skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have experience of or knowledge about one or more of the following:

- WCF-services, MSMQ, large databases or distributed solutions
- Experience of developing systems that are used globally
- Experience with Unit testing, Team City, Octupus or Splunk
