OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Snow looking for a newly graduated developer for on of their development teams in Stockholm. As a developer at Snow you will be working in a team with motivated developers and testers. You will play a key-role in the development of Snow’s products and you will both maintain and develop new and exciting solutions that builds value and utility for the customers.

The workday starts with a daily standup where the team goes through yesterday, today and any obstacles that has come up. The developers and testers work side by side so when going through tasks together there will be a mixture of competences that together contributes to higher quality and a better solution.

Beyond the activies in the team, Snow also works with creating a developing and stimulating workplace. This occurs by craftmanships (meatings for competence groups), devfika (competence sharing within the company) and montly R&D-pub.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Snow is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Snow.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a developer you will be working in sprints of 2-3 weeks. All development teams work by an agile work method, either Scrum or Kanban. In the beginning of the sprints, planning is an important segment and the team begins with breaking down the visions that the product owners have developed. It is done jointly or by parts of the team in which all areas of expertise contribute to the solutions chosen.

For example, you will:

* Develop solutions with mainly C#/.NET
* Be a part of planning the solutions that are chosen based on the visions the team and the product owners want to carry.
* Implement solutions that create value and utility for Snow’s clients.

This position suits someone who is newly graduated and is ready to take the step out in work life. We prefer that you have hobby or school projects to show.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for someone who has an academic education within IT and is ready to take on new challenges in work life. We prefer that you have hobby projects to show us. Further we are looking for you who have:

* Knowledge of the programming languages C# and .NET
* Knowledge within SQL Server
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written

It will be considered an additional qualification if you have knowledge in modern web- and frontend development.

As a person, you take initiatives and work in an independent way. This position requires you to be comfortable working in a team and enjoy the benefits from charing knowledge with your fellow teammates. Your thrive in a challenging environment with high pace and appreciate working with complex problem solving.
