Our daily jobs

We work on projects both at our customers or in-house. Our project portfolio includes everything from small one-man missions to bigger, larger scale projects. We have a delivery organisation staffed by consultants that supports our turnkey solutions.

As a learning organisation, we strive for continuous improvement through the introduction and utilisation of methodologies, techniques and tools in the projects. In addition, we learn from each other by our competence activities.

We Share Knowledge

Knowledge increases when sharing. At Jayway we share with others what we can with each other, to our customers and sometimes even to our competitors.

Internally:

• K-Day, 10 days/year during office hours you are entitled to work on whatever you are interested in. Sometimes we mix it up with a specific theme that everyone can participate in.
• K-Weekend, 2 times/year we go away for a weekend of seminars, labs and socialising.
• K-Evening, approximately once a week we have an evening with seminars or labs.
• K- Lunch, Study Circles, POC-projects, free literature and well appointed lending libraries
• Visiting Øredev (mandatory) and international conferences

Your Profile

Not everyone can be a Jaywayer. You have to be truly passionate about your profession, with a drive to always learn more, have an analytic mind and truly enjoy consulting. It doesn't matter if you have 10 years of experience or are fresh out of school. In the end, if we find a spark of Jayway inside you, we will gladly welcome you to join us.
