Software Quality Engineer in Cork, Ireland

As an employee at GlobeTech you will design, implement, organize and execute test plans for software products, interfacing with our international client to ensure delivery of world-class software products to international markets.

Examples of duties
- Creating, maintaining and carrying out test procedures.
- Perform manual localisation testing on software, print documents & hardware items.
- Coding software QA automation to test in technologies like Swift, ObjC, Python and Ruby.
- Identifying areas of improvement in existing tools and processes, and addressing issues
- Working cross-functionally with engineering teams, QA and project management teams

We expect that you have some of following qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in OS X and/or iOS software development
- Background in UNIX
- Knowledge of Swift, ObjC, Python and Ruby

Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of building and/or scripting test automation
- Knowledge of working with large scale client + server software features

Fluent in English and one or more of following languages:
Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, French, Austrian / German, Hebrew, Romanian, Croatian, Russian, Arabic, Slovak, Turkish or French Canadian
