We are now looking for a Test Lead with broad testing experience and a creative, explorative, and analytical mindset with expertise in automated testing and an appetite for the challenges of Continuous Delivery.

You will work alongside our team of industry insiders and passionate technologists to deliver solutions that tame complexity and make the old way of doing things obsolete.

Your mission;

As the leader of testing at Chinsay, you will work closely with the development team to bring support for rigorous automated testing to every part of the software design and delivery pipeline. Your goal is to produce a sufficiently comprehensive suite of automated tests so that any artifact that passes all of the automated tests can confidently be promoted to production in order to support Continuous Delivery and short release cycles.

This will involve;

• Continuously researching, learning, and integrating best testing practices at Chinsay.
• Helping Engineers discover and master best practices for all different aspects of testing
• Setting testing priorities and goals across all types of testing throughout the agile product lifecycle, as needed to support Continuous Delivery.
• Defining exploratory testing and system testing strategy, and working with the existing testing staff to implement a suite of automated end-to-end tests.
Your background;

• Knowledge and hands-on experience of C# and Visual Studio
• Experience with automated testing systems and frameworks
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and preferably in Swedish as well
• Preferably achieved professional Certification in ISTBQ
• A passion for software quality and how to achieve it, and a commitment to staying current with the latest thinking and developments in the field.
Meriting is – a great interest in;

• Extensive experience with automated testing systems and frameworks, such as xUnit, Selenium, PhantomJS.
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript front-end testing and tools such as Jasmine
• Familiarity with BDD and SpecFlow
• Confidence and competence in leading a team in the implementation of new processes, testing strategies, and test plans
