Quality Assurance Engineer

Procera is continuing to grow and are now seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer at our office in Varberg.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will join our R&D team, where you will work to test and qualify our products. You will also gather and report on key systems performance metrics. If you are a skilled engineer who enjoys the set up in a fast-paced, agile organization and want to work in a fun, team-oriented environment, we think this might be the job for you.
About the job
You will be working with the development team to drive quality delivery and test ability. This includes performing automated and manual testing of features developed within the product team. You will also be expected to contribute to the development and enhancement of the automated test suite. We expect you to be able to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. You will also work with the developers to analyse and recreate product issues reported from the field.
The team consists of 10 engineers in Varberg and Malmö. You will be reporting to the Team leader located in Varberg.
Your Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2+ years of experience in QA role
• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methods and practices
• Strong test automation skills
• Strong scripting skills (python, bash) and experience in Linux/Unix environment
• Understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP)
• Understanding of relational databases, and experience with SQL
• Fluent in oral and written English
