Academic Work is on behalf of our client Hoist Finance searching for a system developer to join their team. Hoist Finance has recently chosen a new Group supported platform for performing and non-performing loans, Debt Manager, and are looking for another team member for the implementation of the system. The role is placed in Stockholm but some travelling will be required to the Hoist German office in Duisburg. After the first project, the rollout will continue throughout the Hoist countries in Europe. Besides Debt Manager, there are several areas where initiatives is taken to build new solutions within the company.

At Hoist Finance, you will work scrum based in an international team. You will work with the whole development process, starting with dialogues with business users to understand their requirements and translating them into solutions. Testing will be a natural part of the development process and your area of responsibility includes driving maintenance work as well as new initiatives and functionality.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Hoist Finance is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Hoist Finance.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Fullstack Developer you will work in a scrum team with team members in different geographical locations and develop new solutions, based on Hoist development workbench and toolset. You will work with backend development solutions in .net and for frontend, you will work in JavaScript. You will also implement testing as a natural part of the development process.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* A bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or other equivalent experience

* Around 1 to 5 years of experience of software development in .Net/C#, JavaScript and SQL
* Fluently spoken and written English due to the work which will be based in English

It will be considered an additional qualification if you also have knowledge of below:

* SQL Server and T-SQL
* ETL, using SSIS or other platform
* Working in a scrum dev team
* Third party frameworks in JavaScript, like React and Response
* Jira + Confluence
* Team Foundation Server

As a person, you are communicative and have a creative mind. You have great analytical and problem solving skills and keep calm during time pressure and tight deadlines. Furthermore, you are a team player who values and contribute to god collaborations at work. You are also passionate about software development and willing to share your expertise within the team.
