Our skills and capabilities are Oracle Consulting's most important asset. Oracle runs its EMEA Consulting organization with a geographical and product (solution) focus. Role The Senior Principal Consultant is responsible for defining and justifying the architecture of solutions, proper sizing, detailed technical design, implementation and delivery. His/her position also includes consulting presales work (product and solution presentations, participation on proposal process, presenting on various workshops). Very often, he/she is leading a consulting team (defining and distributing work, evaluating quality, motivating people) and cooperating with license sales (e.g. defining up sell possibilities, sizing). An important part of this job is to be an active part of Oracle's transformation to the cloud. This includes adapting to our services delivered in a PaaS (Platform as a Service) environment. Responsibilities Operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consult with management of customer organizations. Travel as needed.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Qualifications Must have experience: More than 7-9 years' experience as a consultant or equivalent position. Hold BC Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Architecture of integration solutions based on Oracle software and related technologies. Build and design of integration solutions based on Oracle software and related technologies. Swedish speaking is desired. English speaking is a must. Must have knowledge of: Extensive knowledge Oracle SOA / BPM Suite (OSB, BPEL, etc) Extensive knowledge of WS* standards Operating systems (Solaris, Linux etc.) J2EE technologies (JDBC, JMS, EJB etc.) Automation and scripting (WLST, Python etc.) Know how to design and architecture integration between systems Know how to design and architecture Web Services Understand and can design a SOA architecture Understand SCA (Service Component Architecture) Good to have knowledge of: Oracle Cloud Offerings (Java Cloud Service, Database Cloud Service etc.) Oracle Business Activity Monitoring Oracle Data Integrator Engineered Systems (ExaLogic, ExaData etc.) Methodology (OUM, RUP, SCRUM etc.) Oracle Databases (RAC, Data Guard etc.) Oracle WebLogic Server Oracle Enterprise Manager
