Overview
SCA Global IT Services are looking for an Senior IT Business Analyst with a broad experience of managing digital application- and projects. The role is a combination of traditional Business analyst work and application solution ownership. You will be collaborating with Digital managers and IT professionals in a global, inspiring environment!
We are looking for someone with the ability to act as the link between business and IT. To be successful in this role you should have a holistic thinking, great communication skills, a strong business and service orientation. You should have passion to gain new skills with web related solutions and tools. We think you are an excellent team-player, self-motivated and proactive with a positive ’can do’ attitude. Fluent English is required in this position.
The solutions support our global brands TENA and Tork and regional brands, such as Lotus, Libresse, Tempo and Libero.
The position is located in Gothenburg and reports to the IT Manager for eCommerce andContent Management Services.

Main Tasks
Drive investigations and translating business requirements into functional requirements (what) and solutions (how)
Contribute throughout the software cycle with analysis, drive development, user acceptance testing, training
Manage multilingual websites
Be the main IT contact for our internal customers and our external managed service partner regarding future direction of existing web solution
Manage the solution and our external service partner on a daily level by prioritizing work, act as an escalation point, participate in governance forums, demand planning etc.
Manage and/or participate in projects

Key Competencies
Minimum 7 years of experience in web development projects and/or service management
Driving and facilitating pre-studies and requirement analysis
Extensive hands-on experience and technical understanding of enterprise CMS platforms (SDL Tridion)
Experience in integration of back-end systems and external services (PIM Hybris, Mediabank Celum, SAP)
Experience in working in a multi-vendor & stakeholder environment
University/University of applied science degree in Information Technology

You should also preferably have experience from:

Mobile apps and other Web Content Management / e-business platforms (like SDL Tridion, EPiServer, PIM Hybris/Celum)
SEO and Google Analytics
Project management / coordination
Agile software development
Familiar with the latest developments and trends in the Web and in the mobile area
IT Service Management
