The Role
Our candidate has a passion for software development, appreciates data evaluation and loves dealing with customer support. The applicant enjoys meeting customers to give trainings or to demonstrate the system and does not hesitate to go on business trips. Strong communication and networking skills are required.

We constantly add new features and personalize MP2 as to increase customer satisfaction. The latest feature of interest is codeshare management, which requires you to understand the aviation industry and the agreements involved.

The Candidate
• Master’s degree from a university within Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), ideally in Aerospace/Aeronautics/Optimization
• Has a passion for software development (Delphi)
• Has knowledge and experience of modeling and algorithms
• Has knowledge of e.g. Matlab for work with logit- and regression analyses
• Is fluent in English
• Strives in a multicultural environment so as to cater to the customers around the world
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Can work both in a team and independently
• Able to travel extensively
• Has the will to deal with customer support
• Strong comprehension of doing business particularly in Asia
• Swedish and Asian/Indian languages will be an added advantage
