ÅF is looking for 40 automotive engineers within automated testing

About the job
ÅF has more than 1 500 engineers working in the international automotive industry. We have extensive experience in executing on-site as well as outsourced assignments and is running 10 automotive customer satellites. Our customers are mainly in Sweden, Brazil, UK, and China where we also have subsidiaries and offices.
With focus to get a good infotainment / telematics platform for automated testing which also supports continuous integration and a high number of automated test cases, we are looking for 40 engineers within the following areas for one of our automotive customers in Gothenburg:
Scrum Product Owner

Communicate with stakeholders
Prioritize and order backlog items
Optimize value
Make sure that development team understand the items
Project lead other outsourced packages
Contribute to the build-up of experience, by participating in developing of technology strategy within the area of competence.

Test Framework developer

Work in a self-organizing development scrum team
Develop and maintain tools for both manual and automated testing
Secure that test framework SW are up and running 24/7

Rig Responsible

Setup and maintain all Infotainment automation rigs
Create smart solutions for upcoming needs
Secure that rigs HW are up and running 24/7

Coaches for automation test cases

Educate and review automated test code writing
Setup and maintain guidelines how to write automated test cases
Make sure that guidelines are easy to understand
Make sure that all automation test code writers write according to the guidelines

 
System level Automated test case developers

Work tasks include requirement reviews, test planning, test method and test case development, test and verification work, test report development etc 
Secure that test progress is in time for planned SW releases
Support  FMEA work. Develop test methods to mitigate risk-areas found
Assure that all activities necessary for the engineering work are included in the time plan
Verify solutions and recommend changes of the design regarding technology, quality, service, environment, market adaptation and rationalization
Support Design review
Contribute to the build-up of experience, by participating in developing of technology strategy within the area of competence
You will work in Gothenburg or San Fransisco California

Component level test case developers

Work in a self-organizing development scrum team
Develop and maintain tools for both manual and automated testing
Secure that test framework SW are up and running 24/7

Who are you?
Scrum Product Owner

MSc, BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
Experience from working as Scrum Product Owner
Experience in working with cross functional teams and with suppliers
A few years’ experience in SW development
Experience of automated testing
Electrical automotive HW/SW testing within the infotainment domain such as Head Unit, Connectivity, Telematics, Displays and/or instrument cluster is meritorious
Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish language

Test frame work developer

MSc, BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
Mixed engineers, some with good experience of unit-tests and quality assurance, some experienced in code structure, some in DB structure, some experienced in back-end and some in front-end
Good knowledge in Python and C#
Knowledge in Java and Jenkins
An agile mind-set is required
Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish language

Rig responsible

Soldering and Hot works certificate-Hands-on as a person
Good HW knowledge
Experience in wire harness design
Good with mechanical tools
Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish language.

Coaches for automation test cases

MSc, BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
Very good communication skills
Good documentation structure  
Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish language

System level Automated test case developers

MSc, BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
Understanding in SW development
Basic understanding in Python
Knowledge regarding Python´s Robot Framework is meritorious
Good understanding in test and quality
Big interest in automation
Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish language

Component level test case developers

MSc, BSc in Electrical Engineering or similar
Good knowledge in Python and C#
Knowledge in Java and Jenkins
Mixed engineers, some with good experience of unit-tests and quality assurance, some experienced in code structure, some in DB structure, some experienced in back-end and some in front-end
Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish language
