Web Developer/Technician

You will join a team of 8 people that manages the tools for Operation Monitoring, integration, events and Support. Find your place in a fast moving environment where your work will include maintenance and development of web tools for IT Helpdesk and other support related web tools globally.
In the role as Web Developer you will work with systems and applications that are tailor made and built for IT Business, specifically Monitoring and Support. You will have to keep up with the latest techniques, be thorough and set standards and make the solutions as simple and maintainable as possible. Solutions should be migrated to standard platforms when possible.

To be successful in this role we believe you are solution oriented and have a “make it happen” attitude. You manage to work independent in a work environment with high pace and constant changes. We believe that you should also be interested in further develop yourself in the areas of Technical Monitoring/Event and Automation.

Your responsibilities

The job of an Web Developer/Technician at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:

- Working with PHP, SQL and Windows server
- Work with systems and applications that are tailor made and built for IT Business, specifically Monitoring and Support.
- Maintenance and development of web tools for IT Helpdesk and other support related web tools globally.
- Service Now
- Linux ( Laravel framework)
- Work with continuous improvements in own work and what is delivered.

- Experience in working with systems and applications in the windows environment
- Basic knowledge regarding systems
- Understanding ITIL, Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Knowledge in network and infrastructure
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience from working in ServiceNow Api
- Good communication skills both in Swedish and English
