The position is for the role as Solution Architect for Volvo Group e-Com solutions, based on Microsoft Technologies and SiteCore Commerce Server. The e-Com solutions cover all Volvo Brands as well as external car manufacturers - both B2C and B2B. The position is within SDU MAS/DCL Common Services and you will report to the Senior Delivery Manager for Portals & e-Com, SDU MAS/DCL.

We are looking for a Solution Architect who will work in a global team of architects and drive the local architect network in the e-Com area. As the solution is highly integrated to many Volvo legacy systems, local solutions etc, understanding of integrations using Volvo integration processes is important.

The person should also be ready to guide, mentor and support the local development team

Core Responsibilities
•Design technical solution for given business requirement
•Coding and reviewing end to end deliveries
•Introduce and drive to implement best practices on Microsoft technology
•Trouble shoot different production issue
•Performance tuning

Mandatory Skills
•Hands on architect on Microsoft technology stack
•Proficient on MVC ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, XML, XSD, Enterprise Library. Hands on experience with SQL Server
•Solid experience on ORM (Entity Framework or NHibernate)
•Experience on DDD and Design Tool ex. Sparx Enterprise Architecture , Visio UML
•Experience in multitier application architecture having complex integration between different systems
•Working experience design principles (SOLID , DRY , TDD )
•Experience in Sitecore Commerce Server

Good to Have Technical Skills
•Web Sphere MQ or any message middleware
•Performance tuning
•JavsScript Frameworks (AngularJS , KnockOut)
•Kendo

Mandatory Soft Skills
•Good communicator

Minimum Years of Experience Required
•9 - 11 Years with hands on experience in Mandatory skillsets

Minimum Education Required
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering\Science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities
