Senior UX / Visual Designer

For our customer we are looking for a UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience.

General
Be part of developing a IoT (Internet Of Things) connectivity platform for mobile operators to provide M2M connectivity towards enterprises. It enables operators to address new revenue streams from a vast variety of devices while simplifying the process and reducing the cost of connecting them in order to benefit from economies of scale. The platform provides access to key functionalities including, for example, subscription management, device management and operator and enterprise self-service portals.

Common skills:
• BS/BA in Computer Science or other related field
• 2-3 years of hands on corresponding experience
• Business and customer focused mindset
• Good communication and networking skills in English
• Good understanding of the lean and agile principles as well as flexibility in dealing with changing situations

We also appreciate if a candidate has:
• MSc in Computer Science or other related field
• Excellent communication skills; strong analytical skills and a solution driven approach
• Readiness to work and thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape

Senior UX / Visual Designer
Candidates MUST have excellent knowledge in Visual Design and prototyping tools
Candidates MUST have experience from (5+ years) development projects
The candidate should also have experience in the following:
• Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools
• High interest in interactive design and technology and its application in a business environment
• Experience on designing outstanding web-based products for web applications
• Good knowledge on today's web technologies (HTML5 and CSS3)
• Specialized on iconography, typography, color, space and texture
• Good knowledge on user-centered design process
• Interest in web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
• Excellent skills on presenting the user interface visually so that information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
