We are looking for an Linux System Administrator with experience in building high-performing and scalable system environments to handles massive amounts of transactions. We are going through a transformation where we are moving away from our legacy platform and are replacing that with modern technology and architecture. Our new platform is built on microservices that we deploy in the cloud through continuous deployment. We are working with test driven development to ensure that we keep high quality and ensure that we quickly can move new software into production.

You will be will be part of a small and high performing team taking care of our Operational environment. You will work closly togheter with our outsourcing partner handling the legacy and on prem environment and taking full responsibility of all new operational task in our AWS environment. Who you are
• At least 4 years of experience of Linux system administration
• Experience of working with cloud computing, containers and continuous deployment is a plus
• You know how to work with high volume data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• You do quickly pick up an understanding of the business you are working with and are able to convert that knowledge into technical solutions that fulfil client needs.
• You take action and are used to drive your own ideas. You do not sit around and wait to be told what to do.

• Webservers (e.g. Nginx, Apache, Lighttpd, etc.)
• Version Control (e.g. Git, Subversion, etc.)
• Oracle, SQL server
• PHP configuration (e.g. PHP-FPM, ModPHP, etc.)

• TCP/IP Networking (IPv4 & IPv6)
• Active knowledge of industry trends
