About the role and responsibilities:
Adopt a holistic view of the entire system layout and configuration
Review business requirements and software design specifications
Develop new complex functionality in an environment handling large volumes of data and demands for high availability
Write and execute unit tests using continues integration/delivery tools in order to get fast feedback in faulty situations.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:

Education Required:
Degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
Experience Required: 6 to 8 years.
Special Qualifications: Maintains certifications in programming and/or scripting languages.

Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Experience with enterprise Java application development, C++ and Perl
Comfortable in a SCRUM and Agile environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, train, inspire and motivate team to accomplish objective
Ability to build good relationships with peers, business partners, and clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience from working with financial systems especially clearing/settlement systems would be a merit
