Embedded Software Engineer-Copenhagen,Denmark

As an Embedded Software Developer your main responsibilities will involve:

Working with requirement analysis and design of safe, secure, flexible and robust software modules and integrate them into applications running in an RTOS or Linux environment. We are using C or C++ as the main programming language, but also different scripting languages like Python for glue or test purposes.

You will have the opportunity to engage with various technologies and concepts including TCP/IP and mobile network stacks, proprietary hardware interfaces, secure and defensive coding principles, telephone services and applications, voice and data connections, satellite systems and antenna control etc. You will benefit from our established framework of source control and configuration, shared code and libraries, automatic build system, code review and defect tracking.

Skills:

Proficient in C and C++ programming
Experience Realtime development
Knowledge of Ethernet network, the OSI layer model and tcp/ip related protocols
Familiarity with GNU tools and shell scripting
Awareness of safe, secure and robust software design and implementation
Comfortable developing in a Linux environment
Experience with tools like git, Bugzilla, Jenkins and ReviewBoard is a bonus
Master or BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
