Software Test Lead

Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic software test engineer. You will be responsible for quality assurance of the software to our EBM systems. You will lead, develop and implement an effective test method in an agile environment. The position includes everything from maintaining our test strategy, testing in a simulated environment, bench tests and test on machine. You will administer regression tests, release tests and other test suites. You will actively cooperate with users, developers, program managers, customers and other stakeholders to identify requirements, quality issues and risk factors.

You are an engineer with experience in systems on a technologically advanced level. You are experienced in software development, software testing and Test Lead in a high-tech environment and certified in ISTQB or similar. We assume that you have good knowledge of modern test management tools and programming languages such as C # or Java. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing.

Merit is knowledge of TestRail (or similar test management tool), C #, Visual Studio, NUnit, Jira, Confluence, Git.
Your personal qualities are just as important. You are used to work independently and like to take a great responsibility as well as being a team player and do understand the importance of superb customer relations. You have a passion for testing and test development and you are inspired by being in the cutting edge of technology.
