Tarsier Studios is looking for a Senior Technical Artist

We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Artist with a mind to support our artists and the skills to amaze the world. As a Technical Artist at Tarsier Studios your work will be focused upon your greatest passion - getting the most effective and visually stunning results from both software and hardware! Together with our talented Artists, Programmers, and Game Designers, you will play an important role in the first wave of original games from Tarsier Studios. What we are looking for
* High performing technical artist who is passionate about making games
* Creative, motivated, curious, dedicated and positive team player with great social skills
* A drive to make the most out of any task, and a will to always improve
* Proven ability to accurately plan and estimate your own workload, and complete your tasks within a specified timeframe
* Driven by problem solving and a willingness to improve and help the team
* Fluent in English
* Willing to relocate to Malmö, Sweden
* Passionate about optimizing, profiling and high frame rate
* Work closely to Art Director to realize the vision of the game

Requirements
* Maya expert
* Python/MEL/C# scripting skills to improve existing and create new tools and piplines
* Advanced Unreal Engine experience including Blueprints and visual scripting
* Advanced profiling skills
* Advanced shader knowledge
* Advanced particle editor experience
* 6+ years experience as a technical artist
* 2+ number of shipped games (full development cycles)

Additional Skills and Traits
* Unity experience
* Photoshop scripting experience
* Good character rigging skills
