Senior UX Researcher

Role responsibility

My client, a globally leading online ecommerce company, is looking for a talented and experienced UX researcher to join their centralised team in Stockholm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and UCD-focused organisation and work on some exciting projects across devices!

Working with other UX Researchers in the team, your role will be to plan and coordinate user experience research in order to discover the customer needs, behaviours and limitations for our Nordic countries. This will be through card sorting, running online usability and heat map testing as well as other research studies. From these results you will analyse data and report the finding to various stakeholders and the UX team. The studies will vary from lab tests to contextual enquiries and will include the best use of eye-tracking while working with the UX team to identify key areas and goals to be tested.

Necessary experience/skills

• extensive experience conducting both in-lab and contextual online usability studies
• experience in planning and conducting user research for both web and mobile
• experience with eye-tracking and card sorting
• be able to make heuristic evaluations
• experience with competitive benchmarking
• strong communication skills
• team-player
• native Swedish speaker with good skills in English
