In brief
Nordnet IT is divided into Development and Operations. Development consists of seven (today) development “pipes” and one platform team. The pipes are independent, product oriented, agile, full stack teams including product owners (from our Innovations team), agile pipe masters, developers, QA and application support. The pipes' task is to take ideas to launch.
Our development environment is Windows or Mac and Linux. Our test and production environments are Red Hat Linux.
This is part of the role
The “what & when” is handled by each pipe’s product owner, and the “how” is taken care of by the pipe.
All members of the pipe collaborate closely regardless of role in bringing value to our customers. You will participate in development, from idea to production launch. This includes refinement of requirements, design, development, highly automated test and deployment. Also, you and your team mates are working with operation and maintenance of the components within the product area of the pipe.

Background
You are comfortable to work with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP), Test Driven Development and Linux environment.
You have MSc certification or similar within data, math or telecom.
Most probably you are well founded in the majority of the following:

• JavaScript (ES2015+)
• HTML5
• CSS (SASS, PostCSS, etc.)
• REST
• Responsive design
Frameworks
• ReactJS
• Redux
• Node.JS
• Webpack
Tools
You have an IDE/text editor in which you comfortable know your way around. You are familiar with issue tracking, web based hosting for projects and team collaboration software.
