Responsibilities
Our next key player will have great influence within the organisation and be able to affect how we do things and what we deliver. You will be part of the team developing exciting new features to enhance the user experience. As our new team member you will be working in one of our multi-disciplinary product teams consisting of around 10 talented colleagues. You will collaborate across teams to help in creating a unified product design and work processes.
You will also:
Take part in work on the quality of product design, across all business verticals
Work with the design vision
Take ownership of your work and follow up on the final implementation
Communicate concepts and ideas using tools, such as wireframes, prototypes etc.
Be up for regular traveling between our offices in Sweden and Malta
Stay on top of the latest trends, dare to experiment and challenge current solutions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience from working with UI
Experience in creating mobile experiences and deliverables in the form of wireframes, visual design, user journeys, hi-fi prototypes
Passion for details such as micro interactions, iconography and animations
Super productive in a fast-paced environment
Used to making design decisions based on research, trends and best practices
Ability to lead design sessions with cross-functional teammates and working closely during implementation
Really good merits if you have:
Experience in setting up metrics and tracking KPIs
Experience in copywriting
A technical background with some basic HTML, CSS and Javascript skills
Experience from online gaming, online commerce and/or online entertainment
