We expect you to be deeply passionate about code, programming and sharing your knowledge with others. You need to want others to succeed.

We think your profile looks something like this:
- You hold a M.Sc. in computer science, engineering, media or similar.
- You have a maximum of two years’ work life experience after graduation.
- You have a strong will to explore, create, develop and innovate.
- You are comfortable to work both individually as well as in a group of other skilled people.
- If you are one of those who acquired your skills and knowledge from own projects, working rather than studying or from just being passionate about programming and development – we want to hear from you too!

We know there are some great developers out there who didn’t get their degree for one reason or the other. If you think IST is the place where you want to contribute and create greatness – let us know.

At IST International Software Technology AB we think personality is just as important as skill. We have a busy time ahead of us, and we’re searching for a number of people to join us as we take on these new challenges. One of the roles we’re looking for is Java developer.
