About us

In order to expand our platform portfolio and master digital toy distribution channels, we are now growing our team in Stockholm, and are looking for a Release Manager to help us achieve our goals. As a Release Manager, you will lead and develop a team that are overall responsible for ensuring that all our products provides an excellent play experience on all platforms, at all times.

This means, you will be handling & quality assure all our releases on Apple app store, Google play, Amazon App store and Windows store. You will oversee all product ports, bringing our original iOS products to other platforms. You will also suggest, prioritize and project manage continuous maintenance of apps live, and work close with our QA-team.

We’re looking for a Release Manager that:

• Loves toys and games.
• Is an excellent team player with strong leadership and project management skills.
• Has 2+ of years of product release or, build experience within the games industry; primarily iOS platform. Google play, Amazon App store, Windows store and Windows phone store experience is a plus.
• Has experience with production submission processes and documentation, release management tools and product approvals.
• Enjoys a variety of work challenges, thrives under pressure and can prioritize during periods with multiple deadlines.
• Is self-motivated, and continuously committed to improve both work process and code pipelines.
• Has strong language skills – excellent spoken and written English knowledge is mandatory. Swedish is a bonus.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate production and marketing handoff to submission; helping to identify risks, removing obstacles, and providing understanding for technical issues around submission.
• Project manage a team of developers handling ports, updates and continuous maintenance.
• Build your team over time, by suggesting and managing recruitment of new talent.
• Strategically analyse & prioritize all potential update and maintenance projects in pipe, with our collected portfolio’s overall performance in mind.
• Daily contact with the business development team and our platform partners.
• Continuous research to stay on top on Appstore best practices.
• Provide Appstore insights across the company to make sure we all work in line with newest guidelines and recruitments.
