Careereye - the ‘tripadvisor’ for work - is looking for a Senior C# .NET Full-stack Developer to join our team in Stockholm.

About the job:
The HR tech startup Careereye is in strong expansion and is starting to in-house the development of its product, which is currently outsourced to a team in Ukraine.
This is a solution design role and we are looking to hire an individual that can translate complex business logic into neat and powerful code.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery of our solutions within an agile environment including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be a Full Stack .NET Developer using C#, ASP.NET, Angular JS, jQuery (ModrnizeJS), JavaScript, HTML 5/CSS3, MSSQL Server, and Web Services.
You should have a good understanding of agile development practices. Excellent communications skills is a must as the candidate will work in close collaboration with the commercial team, other developers, stakeholders, and end-users in support of a wide range of new and existing applications.
The newly formed team (you and a senior back-end developer) will initially be tasked to ‘audit’ our current solution and re-engineer it where necessary to enable scalability in line with the business requirements (e.g. transforming the current monolithic architecture to ‘miroservices’ if deemed appropriate).
You will not be bound by C# and .Net, but it is paramount to have a solid working knowledge of .Net framework because of the legacy solution.
On a personal level, you must be committed collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, scalability and quality of product.
Your responsibilities:
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable and scalable platform
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Help identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatisation
Your background and skills:
Solid experience in ASP.NET MVC and Web API
Solid experience with client-side scripting (AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
Experience working with AJAX scripting and JSON
Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL servers
Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
Experience working in an Agile scrum team environment
Ability to work within small, dynamic teams in a highly professional manner
Ability to collaborate with team members of varying technical backgrounds
Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and elicit requirements
Ability to work independently with little supervision to lead applications from requirements through deployment while actively participating in each phase.
Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Scrum master certification is a plus
Familiarity with C#
Communication skills in Swedish
Communication skills in Russian / Ukrainian
