Job Description
As a QA & Support Manager at Globalmouth you will lead our continous work in improving the quality in all the development and support work we do to grow our portfolio of happy returning clients. You will report to our CTO and work from our office in downtown Stockholm, Sweden.

You will own our test processes and make sure that reasonable time is planned for testing in all our projects in both our web- and app development for multiple mobile devices. You will also be responsible that we have the best possible software and process support to deliver on that. If you can solve that via the Atlassian platform that we are using that will of course be a big advantage. You will also support our developers in their frequent functionality testing and try to automate more and more of our testing. But most of all make sure that we have tested and quality assured all our client work before we invite our clients to do their acceptance testing. On top of that you will also lead our support work and handle all ev. bugs and wished improvements that comes in from our support & maintenance contracted clients. With a great quality work there will of course be less support issues, that´s the logic behind managing both these areas.

If you are passionate about mobile and web tech, fluent English speaking and has moved to Sweden or has an International background. You are extra interesting for us since most of our existing developers have an International background and most of our clients has International ambitions.

Skills & Experiences
We would prefer if you have a minimum of 3-5 years of qualified test work in both planning, executing and following up testing on multiple mobile devices. If you have experience from automated testing it will be a big advantage. You must be good communicator and team player to lead the QA and Support work in our growing team of developers. If you also got some years of experience in developing for web- or mobile devices it´s also a big advantage.

You speak and write fluent english. You are curious, open minded, pragmatic and very customer oriented and has a strong drive and you ?dare to fail? to achieve outstanding results in our quality and support work.
