Business Unit Network Products are responsible for the company’s industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson’s technology leadership. Product Development Unit (PDU) Base Band and Interconnect consist of approximately 2000 R&D professionals spanning R&D sites in Europe and Asia. The PDU is responsible for all aspects of Base Band and Interconnect HW and SW module development and their integration. The products are part of Ericsson Radio System and we are heavily involved in product development for 5G. We are now looking for newly graduated developers to strengthen our Synchronization teams. Position Summary

You will be part of a highly competent cross functional team (XFT) of engineers responsible for developing solutions in the Synchronization area for Ericsson Radio System Products towards 5G. You will be part of a team ensuring that the Mobile broadband applications get sub micro second time accuracy. You are expected to participate in all the phases of product development cycle – product definition, architecture, design, scoping, planning, implementation and test. We are looking for a person with passion in software development who really wants to make a difference and doesn’t hesitate to take on whatever is needed to get things done. If you also have great talent and interest in mathematics and would like to take part in algorithm development it is even better.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar in the Computer, Electrical or Telecommunication Science or Engineering Physics;
Good communication skills and fluent in English is required;
Knowledge in the Agile process and willingness to work in an Agile organization.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Java;
Linux.
