The ideal candidate

We are looking for a skilled and experienced software quality engineer, who can navigate complex transactional systems and help us lead the way towards the launch of one of the most exciting new products in our industry.

We need your help to build and launch the next generation of mobile application robots. What we are looking for is an engineer, who "speaks business", write in code and is open to a variety of implementation languages and agile approaches. From a high level point of view, our software solution, a fleet management system, is running in a local server and Linux based systems to control the robots that includes embedded systems to interface with the hardware. All orchestrated with a cloud based platform to administer and ensure the software quality and status of the robots. At the backend we find the CI servers for the multiple repositories.

Your key responsibilities will be to define test strategies, plans and cases, build as much automated testing as possible in collaboration with the developers, perform ongoing tests, reporting for product management and partners, and everything else that quality assurance entails. Shortly speaking you will enjoy to get your hands dirty if the developers need help with code.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Quality assurance (QA) experience, including white-box, gray-box, black-box, performance, regression, acceptance and functional testing.
Automation experience working in a service oriented architecture (SOA) environment for front-end and/or back-end testing (Selenium is an advantage).
Experience of programming in an Object-Oriented language (C++ and Python).
Experience of programming in scripting languages (Bash).
Web based performance testing and analysis (jMeter an advantage).
Experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower
Experience with Python and C++ testings tools (i.e. Python nose and Google test)
hands-on experience working in Linux environments with command-line tools for debugging, analysis, and automation (we use Ubuntu primarily).
Experience working with SQL based DB systems (MySQL).
Experience in configuring and using a Continuous Integration and release management system like Jenkins or Gitlab-CI.
Experience configuring VMWare and Amazon AWS virtual environments
Experience working with customers to define SLAs, creating test plans and acceptance testing.
Extremely comfortable working in a virtual and very fast paced and dynamic environment.
Great at multi-tasking and delivering quality solutions under deadlines.
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent education/professional experience is required.
Ideally ISTQB certified.
Fluent in English both verbally and written (Danish is an advantage but not a requirement).
