Job description

We are looking for agile Software Developers with a genuine interest in technology, programming and scripting that enjoys working in teams. The successful candidate is familiar with infrastructure, Linux and IP in general. You want to be the best in your area of expertise but you are also curious to understand the big picture and how mobile networks work. The successful candidate will work within a global agile team, interacting with all our software developing teams, within two of our products, to realize improvements and give support within the Environment, Tools and Automation area.
The ETA team is responsible for our design environment, its related tools and automation. The services are utilized by many products developed by several organizations across multiple sites.

The main responsibility for the ETA-team is to provide and maintain an automated environment that ease up the daily work for all our developers by e.g look into and improve the user environment, provide the necessary tools for the developer, to be able to shorten our Continuous Integration lead time via automated job, fast feedback loops in general and be the interface towards the ITTE organization.
Working with continues improvements is also part of the role.

Required Job Qualifications and Competences

The candidate should be self-driven, service minded and enjoy working in team and have good social skills to interact and work within a multinational, multi-site cross-functional teams/program set-up. The ability to think outside the box and take responsibility end to end is a must.
Additional we believe the candidate has exceptional analytical and communication skills, with excellent skills in oral and written English. Swedish language skills are an advantage.

You must:

Have a university degree (MSc or BSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Have strong programming skills (mainly in JAVA, JavaScript, Groovy)
Have strong skills in scripting in general, eg. Python, shell
Have strong experience of Linux systems
Have experience in Frameworks like AngularJS and Flask
Have experience in general Tools: Docker, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Mesos, MongoDB, MySQL, Eclipse, Gerrit
Be a team player
Have positive attitude with a passion to win

Any of the following is considered a merit:

2 years of experience in product management and an in-depth fundamental knowledge of mobile communication.
Experience of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA, web services, REST)
Experience of agile development
Experience of infrastructure/IP networks
