Software test engineer at Acconeer

Acconeer is an exciting and dynamic company, developing highly advanced low power 60 GHz radar sensors. Acconeer is now expanding and offer a position for a software test engineer.

As a software test engineer you will be part of the core team to develop the company’s sensor technology. You will have an impact on the design and applications support for the company’s future products. Since mmW radio is still in its infancy for consumer applications, this will give you a great opportunity to help shape the future direction of the company’s technology.

You will work with test automation, test development and continuous integration of the radar sensor SW. In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of our test system. You will work in close cooperation with the system team and software designers to define and develop the tests. This will require a good understanding of the full radar system, both HW and SW. Our software is written in C and validated in our development platform based on a commercial single board computer and our sensor HW. A broad technical interest and an eagerness to explore new competence areas is needed. You will interact with customers to support them during integration and test of our SW into their applications. Travel might be required.
