Do you want to help CNN, CBS, the BBC and many more with technical cases and troubleshooting regarding Vizrt:s own systems? This is a challenging technical 3rd line support role at the industry leading company Vizrt. Academic Work is on behalf of our client Vizrt looking for a 3rd line support to their team in Kista, Stockholm.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Vizrt is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Vizrt.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a 3rd Line Support you will work with a team of six people. During the introduction and the first months you will have a buddy who will support you to get into the work tasks and the organization. The team works together and have weekly “standups” to discuss the cases and the workflow . You will also be working with support teams spread out all over the globe.
In the role you will have direct contact with both internal and external teams. You will have a close cooperation with the internal R&D-team. The external contacts will be with knowledgeable IT-staff at the different channels/companies who knows the Vizrt-products well. The type of cases that comes to this team are complex and needs both time, knowledge and skill to solve.
The approximately 50 cases per week is added to the case-system and the 3rd line support team takes them on through priority. The most critical cases come in by phonecalls directly from the clients.

For example, you will:

* Troubleshoot the system malfunctions
* Analyze the problem and contact R&D
* In some cases, develop a solution for the problem depending on the nature of the problem
* Be responsible for getting a solution for the case

This position suits you who wants to take the next step in your support career, maybe get a little closer to your long term goal in a development-role. You will get to work in an international environment with many different types of people. The company has a healthy work environment, will move to a totally new office in Kista in November, has after works and out-of-work activies such as weekly floorball practise and a yearly bowling competition.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Finnished studies from upper secondary school

* Have been scripting in Bash, Linux and Unix systems from either work, studies or your spare time
* Have experience of working in Linux-OS and infrastructure
* Is fluent in the English language both in writing and speech
* Has a citizenship in the European Union

It will be considered an additional qualification if you:

* Speak a second language such as German or Spanish
* Have experience from programming in Python and Perl

As a person, you are serviceminded and adaptable towards the clients’ needs. You have analytics skills and good at troubleshoot to solve different problems. You keep calm in stressful situations and are not afraid to ask if you have a question. You enjoy working in a team and appreciate good cooperation within the team and the organization.

* WORKING HOURS: Office Hours, On call duty every 5th-8th weekend, and occasionally on call duty when the offices outside of Sweden have holidays
