The main focus at the Ericsson site in Karlskrona is to provide charging functions where our solutions are responsible for the charging almost 2 billion subscribers today. The site also have major responsibilities when it comes to setting up user and service data in the network, as well as providing solution for machine-to-machine communication and the emerging utility industry. The Karlskrona site has a very strong track-record of inventing solutions that becomes new profitable products on the market, such as Wallet platform. A lot of attention is also put on innovation and exploring new technical possibilities.

Position Summary
Looking for a job where you will be working in the middle of everything?
CAT is a team responsible for our continous integration within our development environment, related to tools and automation. The services are utilized by many products developed by several organizations across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will work within this agile team, interacting with all our software developing teams of our RM product, to realize improvements and give support within the Continuous Automation area, incl Tools and Environment.

The main responsibility for the CAT-team is to provide and maintain an automated environment that ease up the daily work for all our developers.
This is done by e.g improve the user environment, provide the necessary tools for the developers, shorten our Continuous Integration lead time via automated job to ensure fast feedback loops in general and be the interface towards the ITTE organization.
Working with continues improvements is also part of the role.

We are looking for an agile Developer with a genuine interest in technology, programming and scripting that enjoys working in teams. The successful candidate is familiar with infrastructure, Linux and IP in general.

Required Job Qualifications and Competences

You must have a university degree (MSc or BSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience in product management and an in-depth fundamental knowledge of mobile communication.

The candidate should be self-driven, service minded and enjoy working in team and have good social skills to interact and work within a multi-site cross-functional teams/program set-up. The ability to think outside the box and take responsibility end to end is a must.

Additional we believe the candidate has exceptional analytical and communication skills, with excellent skills in oral and written English. Swedish language skills are an advantage.

You must:

Have a university degree (MSc or BSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Have strong programming skills (mainly in JAVA, JavaScript, Groovy)
Have strong skills in scripting in general, eg. Python, shell
Have strong experience of Linux systems
Have experience in Frameworks like AngularJS and Flask
Have experience in general Tools: Docker, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, Mesos, MongoDB, MySQL, Eclipse, Gerrit
Be a team player
Have positive attitude with a passion to win

Any of the following is considered a merit:

Experience of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA, web services, REST)
Experience of agile development
Experience of infrastructure/IP networks
